Harrington, William P. “Pops” Found peace on Tuesday, July 13, 2010 at the age of 77. Loving husband of Marlene(nee Slottke) for 55 years. Dear father of Patrick, Michael(Sue), Jeffrey(Shelene) and the late Margaret Harrington and Coleen(Rick)St. Antoine. Proud grandfather of Chad, Shaun and Connor Harrington and Ryan, Brandon and Melissa St. Antoine. Great-grandfather of Makenzie. Brother of Susan(Victor)Brodzek. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents Frank Sr. and Mary Harrington and his brother Frank Jr. Bill served in the U.S. Marine Corps in the Korean War. He was retired from the 128th Air Refueling Wing(20 years), retired Police Chief of Wisconsin State Fair and retired from George Meyer. He was Quartermaster of VFW Post 3046 and a member of W.L.E.O.A. Thank you to the staff at St. Luke’s Medical Center Coronary Care Unit. Visitation at the Funeral Home on Friday, July 16 from 4-8pm. Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church at 10am(please meet directly at church). Entombment at Forest Home Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Ronald McDonald House or the charity of your choice, appreciated.
