Bill proudly served in the Army during the Korean Conflict. He then began a career as a meat cutter. Later he took to the roads as a local truck driver and became a member of the Local 200 Teamsters Union.
A loving and devoted husband, he shared 69 wonderful years with his wife, Joan. Their union was blessed with a loving family, including their son Scott, daughters Cherie (Randy) Tenfel and Lisa (Judy), grandchildren Branden, Aaron, Austin, Mariah, and Myles.
Bills passion for cars, particularly his cherished 1926 Ford Model T, was well known in the community. He was an active member of the Model T Ford Club of Milwaukee and could often be seen driving with pride in local parades. Additionally, his participation in Rank & Son Buick Car Shows was a highlight of his year, where he shared his love of vintage vehicles with fellow enthusiasts.
Bill and his wife Joan enjoyed traveling across the United States and Europe, creating countless cherished memories and experiencing the world’s beauty together. Their adventures were stories he loved to recount to his family and friends.
