William J. Koutris

July 23, 1921-April 6, 2020 "98 Year's Young" William J. Koutris "Bill" went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ. Bill was preceded in death by his Mother Rebecca, Father Louie, his wife Irene (nee Benshoof) Koutris, and his sisters and brothers. Bill will be greatly missed by His Sweetheart and Caregiver Joanne Peterson, Daughter Nancy and her husband Robert Teaff, Granddaughter Tracy and her husband Austin Thomas, Grandchildren, Great-Grandchildren, and Great-Great Grandchildren. Bill was a proud World War II Veteran and a loyal member of the City of Milwaukee VFW Post 2874. He retired from Gimbels' department store. He was also in the Tavern Business for many years. . He will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Many thanks go out to the tireless and dedicated Doctors and Nurses at Milwaukee VA Medical Center (Zablocki). Due to the critical restrictions COVID-19 has placed upon us all, a Celebration of Bill's Life will take place at a later date.
