Bill and Shirl soon settled in Greendale in 1956 and happily raised their family there. Bill enjoyed working out, as well as biking, running and swimming. He was in the choir at St. Alphonsus for 50 years! Whenever the family needed something built or made, Bill came to the rescue. His biggest achievement was the cabin he built up north in Winter in 1981. It is still being enjoyed by family and friends. In 2010, he moved to Harbour Village in Greendale which he enjoyed.
