Gross, William A. "Bill" Age 81, found peace on Wednesday, September 26, 2012 following a battle with myeloma. He was surrounded by his family and friends. Loving husband of Jean Gross (nee Holewinski). Dedicated father of Lynn (John) Gallagher, Sandra (David) Lenz and Jeffrey (Hilda) Gross. Proud grandfather of Summer and Andrea Gallagher; Garrett, Alexandra, Parker and Madeline Lenz and Tyler Gross. Dear brother of Richard (the late Jane) Gross. Further survived by other relatives and friends. During the Korean War era, Sergeant Gross proudly served in the Wisconsin National Guard. He was a past member of Teamsters, local 344 and for over 40 years, was an active member of the Rolling Dice Riders snowmobile club, having also served as President. He was the chairperson and driving force of Snowfest at Camp Will-O-Way, which has been held annually for over 35 years giving snowmobile rides to disabled citizens of all ages. In recent years, Bill served as a board member of the Franklin Historical Society.
