Roark, Ward "REX" Found peace with the Lord Monday, January 2, 2012. Age 85 Beloved Husband of the late Wilda (Stephens). Loving father of Paul (Barbara). Grandfather of Sarah (Ryan) Bowling and John. Brother of George, L.V., James, the late Paul and the late Anne Chambers He was preceded in death by his parents Boyd and Stella (Phillips) Roark, A Memorial Service will be held in Oneida, TN along with internment. In lieu of flowers memorials in Rex's name to Layton Ave Baptist Church, 9000 W. Layton Avenue, Milwaukee WI 53228 or to Shriners' Hospitals for Children 2900 Rocky Point Dr. Tampa, FL 33607 would be appreciated. Rex was a veteran of WWII, the Korean War and the Vietnam War before retiring. The family would like to thank the staff at St. Luke's Hospital/Aurora VNA Zilber Family Hospice for their special care.
