Wallace B. Vanness

Vanness, Wallace B. Born to Eternal Life on Nov 18, 2018. Beloved husband of the late Geri (King) Vanness for 65 "fairy-tale" years. Loving father of Mark Sr. (Joan), Amy (Tom) Narus and David J. (Erin). Wally also will be missed by his grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Wally loved his neighborhood and made many friends on his daily walks, and many shared in the bounty of his vegetable garden. He proudly served his country in Occupied Japan as a Private in the U.S. Army 11th Airborne. Wally was a 65-year member of the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 139. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday, Nov 23 from 2:00pm until time of service at 5:00pm.
