Powell, Virginia M Went peacefully home to Jesus on Saturday September 18, 2010 at the age of 88. Devoted mother of Christy (Chris) Lauterbach. Cherished grandmother of Jennifer (Seth) Greenwell, Erika and Dean Dombrowski. Loving great grandmother of Liam, Ashlyn and Claire. Best friend and neighbor of Sue Lutz. Preceded in death by the love of her life Ray, her parents, 9 siblings, nieces and nephews. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation at St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, 63rd and Oklahoma Ave. Wednesday, September 22, 4-6:45pm. Mass of Christian Burial 7 pm. Entombment at Wisconsin Memorial Park, Chapel of the Chimes, 135th and Capitol Dr. Thursday, September 23, 11 am. Please meet at the chapel.
