Virginia Knodel Waring

Virginia Knodel Waring Age 90, died on Thursday, August 12, 2021 at Ascension Columbia St. Mary's Hospital, Milwaukee from complications of age. She was born October 2, 1930 in Irvington, NJ. Over the many decades of her rich, full life she was a devoted daughter and elementary school teacher. She was the loving wife of the Rev. James H. Waring, and ministry partner with him in the Episcopal churches he served in New Jersey, South Dakota, and Michigan. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, mother-in-law, and aunt. She is survived by her three sons: Steve, Don, and Jeff; two daughters-in-law: Cheryl and Stacie; four grandchildren: James, Nick, Luke, and Sam; her niece Suzanne and great-niece Savanna. Funeral services will take place at a later date with burial in her native New Jersey.
