Virginia A Maholias

December 20, 1930 — March 7, 2012

Passed away peacefully on March 7, 2012 at the age of 81. On December 20, 1930 she was born to Valentine and Mary Witek. She was the baby of eleven children. In 1956 she was widowed by her husband Eugene "Curley" Hill. She later remarried the Late Zoy A. Maholias together they were happily married for 45 years. She owned and operated A'Dees Card and Gift Shop. Virginia loved the Polish Hop and the Jitterbug. "Boy could she dance!" She was very proud of her Polish heritage. Virginia is lovingly survived by her children Roger (Mary Beth) Hill, Deborah (Brian) Gaber and Faith (Gregory) Gaber. Busia of Teresa (Aaron) Cocker, Joseph Hill , Angela Hill, Adam Gaber, Megan Gaber, Garrett Gaber and Gaston Gaber. Great Busia of Myles Gaber and Eli Cocker. She is further survived by her sister Ann. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Virginia is preceded in death by her siblings Evelyn, Clara, Ceil, Helen, John, Walter, Sylvester, Joseph and Roman. Visitation will be held at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home on Sunday, March 11, 2012 from 2 PM until the time of service at 5 PM. Burial will be private for family at Forest Home Cemetery. "A special thank you to the staff at Mitchell Manor in Oak Creek and Odyssey Hospice."
