Murn, Victor A. "Vic" Died Sunday October 23, 2011 at the age of 66 years. Beloved husband of Joanne (Nee Seefelt) and (the late Judy) Murn. Dear father of Julie Lynn Murn. Beloved grandfather of Alex and Hunter Rose Bindas. Brother of Frank A. Murn and Mary Ann Johnson. Brother-in-law of Ken Sontag. Further survived by four nieces, three nephews other relatives and friends. Memorial Visitation Friday October 28, 2011 at the MAX A. SASS & SONS Westwood Chapel, Muskego, WI. from 4 PM until time of Memorial Service at 7 PM. Inurnment will take place at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove at a later date when his cremated remains will be laid to rest. Vic was a proud veteran of the U.S. Air Force, a lifetime member of the American Legion Post 356, VFW, DAV, and the NRA. Also a longtime member of the Little Muskego Yacht Club and Schultz's Gun Club. Victor retired from Cooper Power Systems as a senior analytical technician, he built and tested electrical patents and had his name on many patents. Vic was an avid musician and took joy in gathering with fellow musicians. He played the accordian since the age of 5. He was an avid hunter, trained gunsmith and collector. He wrote articles for the cast bullet society. Vic was a competitive sailor. His loves were his family, the lake and his dog. He was one of the original members of Schultz's Rod and Gun club and helped teach gun safety at the range. The Murn family wishes to thank the nurses at Aurora Advanced Healthcare and a special thanks to Dr. Federico Sanchez and Theresa Lorincz, social worker for all the care given to Victor.
