Vernon E. Schweitzer

Vernon E. Schweitzer Went home to heaven to join his two sons on October 9, 2021 at the age of 92. Beloved husband of 68 years to Lois (Bonnert) Schweitzer. Loving father of Daniel (Laurie), Jean (Shawn) Goggins, Thomas (Michelle), Lisa (Jesse) Fahning and the late Kenneth and Randel Schweitzer. Dear Grandfather of 13 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Survived by his Brother Lloyd Schweitzer. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Vernon was a member of the Sand Hill Booster Club for many years and was retired from Franklin Public Schools. The family extends a special thank you to the staff from Compassus Hospice for all their care given to Vernon. Visitation at the MAX A. SASS & SONS MISSION HILLS CHAPEL (8910 W. Drexel Ave. Franklin, WI) on Friday October 22, 2021 from 4 PM until time of services at 7 PM.. Private Interment St. Martin of Tours Cemetery.
