Verlin R. Burnett

Burnett, Verlin R. Born to Eternal Life on January 7, 2013 at age 76. Lovingly survived by his wife Patricia. Step father of Mark (Heather) Petershack, Lisa (Joe) Mecha, Lois (Randy) Frasch. Grandpa of Dustin, Evan, Brendan, Hollie, Samantha, Miranda and Valerie. Great grandpa of Tyler, Rex and Lola. Dear brother of Bonita. He will be remembered and missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Verlin is preceded in death by his first wife Maria Cannizzaro, parents Arthur and Marie Burnett, and his brother Don. Verlin was an inspector for 34 years at Spincraft. He was a member of United Lodge No. 66 and received a 45 year Veteran Badge for International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO. He enjoyed photography, gardening and wood working. A special thanks to the staff at Meadowmere Assisted Living, social workers at Family Care and everyone at Mitchell Manor. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to the members of the Allay Hospice Care Team for their compassion and care they provided in his final weeks. Memorial gathering on Saturday, January 12, 2013 from 9:30 to 10:30 AM at Mitchell Manor (5301 W. Lincoln Ave). A funeral service will be held at Mitchell Manor in the Chapel at 10:30 AM. Max A.
