Thomas J. Ciszewski

Tom passed on December 7, 2024 after living a happy life for 88 years. Known for his smile and witty sense of humor, he will be missed by his wife of 66 years, Camille (Banaszak) and his family.

Tom’s generous soul and wish for happy times with family was his goal. He was a feisty card player of cribbage and sheepshead. We loved it when he stood to slam down a winning card (or to psych you out). Tom was an avid golfer, crossworder and gambler. They enjoyed a few months in Florida during the winters in the last decades.

Brought up as a south side Polish Catholic, he moved his family to West Allis in 1963, where they have resided since.

He proudly served in the Air Force, 1953-1958, and after his discharge, he met Camille and they married. They brought Debbie (David Henry), Dawn (Kevin Cory) and Donna (Terry Schwerdtfeger) into the world.

DzaDza cherished being the loving grandfather of Jacob (Molly), Josh (JaLicia), Shannon (Matt), Sam (Brittney) and Camille (Jake). They all LOVED the swimming pool.

His beloved great-grandkids: Micah (13), Sequoia (11), Ronnie (11), Vaya (4), Lily (1), Alice (1) and Tawny (new-born).

Tom loved his sister, Pat Wroblewski(Bob) and sister-in-laws, Karen Kniprath (Wayne) and Bonnie Banaszak (Gene Hickey).

Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Mission Hills Chapel (8910 W. Drexel Ave.., Franklin, WI 53132) on Friday, December 13 starting at 10AM until time of funeral service at 11:45AM. Private interment in the future. In lieu of flowers, consider a donation to Alz.org, American Legion Post 489 (POB 1976 Milw, 53201-1976) or military charity of your choosing.
