Walczak, Thomas C. Passed away Friday, August 24, 2012 at the age of 64. Preceded in death by his parents Virginia and Daniel. Beloved brother of Marynka (Charles) Muckey and Judy Walczak. Uncle of Anna and Amelia Walczak. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation on Thursday, August 30 at St. Sebastian Catholic Church, 5400 W. Washington Blvd., from 4-5:30pm.
