Thaddeus Falkowski

Falkowski, Thaddeus ''Ted'' Born to Eternal Life on June 28, 2008 at the age of 77 years. Beloved father of Steve (Lori), Scott (Bridget), and Dawn (Mark). Loving grandfather of Dan, Matt, Derek, Garrett, and Erin. Dear brother of Harold (Rita). Further survived by a very special sister-in-law, Charlotte, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his son, John. Ted was a member of Our Lady of Lordes Catholic Church, the VFW George Washington Post, and retired from the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District. After retirering, Ted spent most of his time between his beloved Crivitz and Milwaukee. The family wishes to thank Keesha, Laura, Peggy, and all the other employees at Oncology Alliance for their hard work and tender care given to Ted during his battle with cancer. Funeral Service Wednesday 7 PM at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL. Interment Forest Home Cemetery. Visitation Wednesday 4 PM to 7 PM at the Funeral Home.
