Tyrone P. Pollak, affectionately known as Terry, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on November 22 2024, at the age of 84. Born on December 16, 1939, in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, Tyrone led a life marked by devotion, resilience, and steadfast commitment to his family and community.

Terry was a proud graduate of Don Bosco High School, Class of 1957.  He furthered his education, earning a degree in Accounting from Spencerian College. He became a longtime employee at Unit Drop Forge, where his work ethic and dedication earned him the respect of many colleagues.

Terry proudly served his country in the United States Army, an experience that reflected his sense of duty and honor. He was well-known for his faithful and loving personality, demonstrating toughness and grit throughout his life. He exhibited independence and determination, always balancing hard work with devotion to his family.

An active member of the Immaculate Conception Parish, Terry was also involved in the Knights of Columbus and served the Lay Salvatorians as a member of their leadership team. His faith was central to his life, guiding him in his relationships and endeavors.

Terry had a variety of hobbies and interests. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, and bowling, often finding joy in playing cards and trying his luck at slot machines, and especially enjoyed playing chess, cribbage and various games with his grandkids. He cherished spending time with his family, taking memorable trips to the north woods, and indulging in his passion for American history. Terry was a good story teller and family historian as well, and appreciated a good sense of humor. 

Terry leaves behind his loving wife, Clare (nee Ourada) Pollak, along with his children: Jennifer (Jason) Seidl, Christopher (Zennur) Pollak, Jane (Jason) Kazmierczak, and Victor (Nicole) Pollak. He was a proud grandfather to Benjamin and Ella Pollak, Mathias, Nathan and Nicholas Kazmierczak, and Ty and Cecelia Pollak, who will fondly remember the unconditional love and guidance he provided.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lillian and Joseph Pollak, and his siblings: Joseph, Thomas, David, and Sue. 

Visitation will take place on November 29, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 10:45 AM, followed by a Mass at 11:00 AM, both held at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, located at 1023 East Russell Avenue, Milwaukee, WI. Terry will be interred at Holy Sepulcher in Cudahy, WI, following the Mass.

As we remember Terry, we celebrate a life well-lived, filled with love, service, and a commitment to the values he held dear. He will be deeply missed, fondly remembered, and always cherished in the hearts of his family and friends.
