Martinez, Telesforo P. Passed away on June 5, 2012, at age 83. Lovingly survived by his children Connie (Daniel), Corrine, Ricky, Jesse (Deanna), and Laurie (Armando). Proud grandpa and great grandpa. Further survived by his brother Jesus and sister Hortencia. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife Annette, daughter Lisa and grandsons Esteban and Justin. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at the Max A. Sass Funeral Home on Friday, June 8, from 4-7pm. Funeral service to follow at 7 pm.
