Jakubiak, Tadeusz On July 6, 2008 Tadeusz Jakubiak found peace at the age of 93 years. Beloved husband of Rosalia. Loving father of Marisia (Erik) Andersen, Irenka Jakubiak and Tadziu (Karen) Jakubiak. Cherished grandfather of Elisabeth and Alexandra. Dear brother of Irena Puzycka and other relatives in Poland. Dear uncle of Mark (Sam) Wozniak and nieces Ella, Maria and Ania in the U.S. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Tadeusz was a member of the Polish Veterans of WWII and active in the Polish American Congress and the Pulaski Council. He was a retiree of Westinghouse Corp. Visitation at ST. ALEXANDER CHURCH (S. 16th & W Holt Ave.) on Tuesday July 8, from 9 - 10:15 AM. with the Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 AM. Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorials preferred.
