Sylvia P. Chojnacki
February 10, 1918 — February 20, 2011
Chojnacki, Sylvia P. (nee Czeladzinski) Joined her beloved husband Roman in Heaven on February 20, 2011 at the age of 93. Loving mom of the late Neal (Abbey) and Dave (Christa). Proud grandmother of Nadine (Rory) Zikmund, Megan Chojnacki and Steven Chojnacki. Great grandmother of Brayden, Alec and Christopher. Step-grandmother of Rebecca (Michael) Fisher and Kim Posey (Jim). Step great grandmother of Jacob. Mother-in-law of the late Sue Chojnacki. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation Friday 5-7 pm concluding with a prayer service at 7 pm. Additional visitation Saturday 9:30-10 am with a funeral service at 10 am. Entombment Forest Home Cemetery. Sylvia�s family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff at Brookfield Gardens Assisted Living for all of their compassionate and loving care.
