Kwiatkowski, Sylvia K. (Nee Blockowicz) age 85 years, died peacefully at home on January 15, 2005. Beloved wife of Raymond for 59 years. Loving mother of Michael (Martha) and Ronald (Lynn) Kwiatkowski. Dearest grandma of Peter (Sonia), Mark (Michelle), Andrew (Kelly), Jennifer (Michael) Stauber and Brian (Lisa) Kwiatkowski. Dearest great-grandma of Britni, Tyler, Anna, Zachary, Joshua, Jake, Nicholas and Natalie. Beloved sister of Virginia Rendflesh, the late Stanley, the late Harry, the late Frank, the late Ray, the late Henry, the late Edward Blockowicz, and the late Dorothy Svea. Beloved sister-in-law of Lucille (the late Henry) Brocki. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the VNA Hospice Care for their tender care.
