Susan Rose Albrecht

Albrecht Susan, Rose (Nee Jungen) Went home to be with God on April 6, 2012 at age 63. She was born on November 8th, 1948 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the daughter of Carl W. and Florence M. (Koerner) Jungen. Susan graduated from Holy Angels Academy High School in 1966, and was employed by North Central Airlines, and retired from St. Francis Hospital. Susan was married to her long time sweetheart "Albrecht" for 41 years. Susan was a devout member of Our Lady of Lourdes Congregation and greatly enjoyed her visits to the Jesuit Retreat House. She was fascinated by, and enjoyed the beauties of nature. Susan dedicated herself to God and her family. Susan is survived by her devoted and loving husband John, her daughter Kathryn (John) Kielpinski, favorite person and adored grandma of Cole Benjamin Kielpinski, her mother Florence (Koerner) Jungen, beloved sister of Diana (Richard) Gifford, John (Susan) Jungen, Janet (William) Kreitzer, Michael (Kathryn) Jungen, Daniel (Melisa) Jungen, sister-in-law of Mary Ann Ketchpaw and Diana (Richard) Brodzeller, and many nieces, nephews, and cherished friends; especially Jean and Joanne. She was preceded in death by her father, Carl W. Jungen. A 10:00 AM Catholic Mass of remembrance will be held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 at Our Lady of Lourdes located at 3722 S. 58th St, in Milwaukee, WI. Visitation will be an hour prior to the start of Mass. Internment will be at Mount Olivet Cemetery at a later date. A special thank you to all of Susan's amazing care givers at St. Luke's Hospital. Susan was a beautiful person with a wonderful spirit. Her time with us was a gift and she will be greatly missed.
