Stella A. Sass

Sass, Stella (Nee Slivon) born in Cardale, PA on February 20, 1922 and passed away on April 12, 2007 at the age of 85. Beloved wife of the late Eugene. Loving mother of Eugene Jr (Patricia), Philip (Beth), Susan (Tom) Uyak, George (Linda), Daniel (Ann) and Frederick Sass. Cherished grandmother of Andrew (Sharon) Sass, Sari (James) Larson, Richard (Lisa), Jennifer Stokes, Christine (Matthew) Organ, Carrie (Michael) Blustin, Alan, Gregory (fiancee Laura Canny), Julie (Todd Baxley), Ryan (Kendra), Suzanne, Melissa (Jeremy) Pfaff, Jamie and Joy. Great-grandmother of Simon, Marley, Eric, Amber, Madison, Kadyn, Bryson and Jackson. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Stella had a great love for flowers and touched everyone who knew her. She promoted and established the gardens at the Villa St. Francis. The family wishes to thank the staff at Villa St. Francis. Funeral Mass on Saturday, April 14th, 11am at ST. RITA CATHOLIC CHURCH, So. 61st and W. Lincoln Ave. Private interment Arlington Park Cemetery. Visitation Saturday from 10 to 1045am at the Church only. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Villa St. Francis appreciated.
