Tylenda, Sigmund S. Age 96 years. May 8, 2007. Beloved husband of the late Alice (nee Krzeszwski) for over 70 years. Loving father of Judy Tylenda, Tom Tylenda, Kathy Knaack and the late Noel Tylenda. Dear grandfather of David (Jenni) Knaack and Robert (Tara) Knaack. Dearest great-grandfather of Elijah, Dexter and Emily. Fond brother of Leonard (Audrey) Tylenda and Ann Kress. A special thank you to all doctors, nurses and aides at Mt. Carmel Health Care Center and St. Luke's Medical Center for the excellent care given our father. Mass of Christian Burial 10:00 AM Fri. May 11, 2007 at ST. JOHN the EVANGELIST CHURCH, 8500 W. Cold Spring. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Visitation Thurs. May 10 from 4 to 8 PM at the funeral home.
