Sobczak, Shirley R. (nee Riesing) Went to be with the Lord on September 20, 2018. Age 89. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Sobczak. Loving mother of Helen (Michael) Konopka, Paul, Jeff "JR" and Steven Sobczak. Dear grandma of Kathryn Rose (Nick) Lillig and Emily Marie Konopka. Sister of the late Ray (Barb) Riesing and Bob (the late Audrey) Riesing. Further survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Visitation at Max Sass Funeral Home, Greenridge Chapel, Wednesday, September 26, from 4 PM - 7 PM. Funeral service at 7 PM. Brief visitation at the funeral home on Thursday, September 27, from 10:30 - 11:30 AM. Followed by a burial at Wood National Cemetery at 12:30 PM. Shirley was known for her knitting and baking. She also was an active member of St Pius X Church and an active member of many community retirement groups.
