Ruth Renata Powalisz

Powalisz, Ruth R. (Lachmund) Passed away on June 1, 2016 at age 85. Beloved wife of the late Julian Powalisz. Dear mother of David, the late Michael (Kathy), James (Betty), Gary (Jenny), Susan (Joseph) Graan and Janice (Randy) Wagner. Grandmother of Justin, Dana, Raymond, Lauren, Holly, Marcus, Lindsay, Erica, Alyssa, Rachel, Brittany and Johnny. Great-grandmother of Elijah, Elizabeth, Benjamin, Azrael, Ravel, Raziel, Lily, Dahlia and Juniper. Further survived by her brother Roy Lachmund, nieces, nephews, other family and many friends. Ruth is preceded in death by her sister Edith Kunda. Ruth loved to sing in the choir, gardening and painting. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday, June 9, 2016 from 4 PM until the time of service at 7 PM.
