Genthe, Ruth D. (Nee Rhodes) April 23, 2009 at the age of 85 years. Preceded in death by her husband of 62 years Herbert A. Genthe, parents Frank and Ina Rhodes, sisters Freda Thompson, Bonnie McCall and brothers Frank Rhodes Jr., Edward Eugene Rhodes. Loving mother of Barbara (Richard) Politoski, Herbert M. (Denise), Deborah Cmelak and Jacquelyn (Daniel) Kirner. Dear grandmother of David and Daniel (Valerie) Politoski, April (Michael) Witkofski, Herbert D. (Kacy) Genthe, Rick, Beth and Angela Cmelak, Andrew, Abbie and Zachary Kirner. Great-grandmother of Dylan and Cory Politoski, Gabriel Genthe and Michael H. Witkofski. Dearest sister of Edgar Rhodes, Ina May, Gladys (Lonnie Ray) Senters and Jerry (Norma) Rhodes. Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.. Ruth spent her life ministering to others. She was devoted to her family and walked in the ways of the Lord, teaching her family to love unconditionally. We're thankful for the many caring hands that helped Mom at the end.
