Pacioni, Rudy V. Found Peace surrounded by his family on December 15, 2008 at the age of 80 years. Beloved husband of Arlene (nee Stankus) for 48 years. Cherished father of Mike (Karen), Linda Young and Jim (Elizabeth). Proud Papa of Vito, Gianna, Julian and Sydney. Dear brother of Richard (Mickey) and the late Josephine Papale. Further survived by many other loving relatives and dear friends. Mass of Christian Burial Thursday December 18, 2008 at 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church (5571 S. Marilyn St.). Family and friends will meet at the church on Thursday. Visitation Wednesday December 17, 2008 5-9 PM at the funeral home. Interment Queen of Heaven Cemetery in Hillside, IL. Rudy spent his career in the sales industry, enjoyed playing golf and served his country in the Army during WW II. The most important thing however in Rudy's life was spending time with friends and family, especially his grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Xaverian Missionary Fathers or St. Charles Borromeo Church. They saywherever a beautiful soul has been there is a trail of beautiful memories.
