Rudolf Weiss

Weiss Rudolf Age 78 Years. Left the world peacefully, May 3, 2010, surrounded by his family. Beloved husband of Anna (Nee Laudenbach) Weiss. Loving father of Michael (Debra), Fred (Kelly), Reinhard (Lori) and Gary (Chris) Weiss. Further survived by 8 grandchildren, Erich, Sarah, Alaina, Janelle, Evan, Ryan, Hannah and Meagan. 1 great grandchild, Quintin, nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Rudolf was a longtime resident of Racine, WI after his immigration from Germany, in 1955 It was there were he met and married the love of his life, Anna on April 27th, 1957. Rudolf was the owner operator of Weiss Plumbing Company from 1961 until his retirement in 1998. Rudolf who was known by his family and friend's as "Rudy" was an avid Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Brewer's fan. He especially enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, playing cards and had a special passion for telling jokes. His joy and laughter through the years will be missed by many. The family extends a special thanks to all the staff at Zablocki V. A. Medical Center who cared for Rudolf. Committal services with Military Honors will be held June 16, 2010 at 11 AM at (Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 21731 Spring St. Union Grove). In lieu of flowers Memorials to the American Diabetes Assoc. would be appreciated.
