Kampa, Roy A. Born to Eternal Life on June 1, 2008 at the age of 75 years after a yearlong battle with pancreatic cancer. Beloved husband of Julia (nee Poncek) for 39 years. Loving dad of Michael (Victoria) and James (Jennifer). Proud grandpa of Ashley, Lauren, Dominic and Allison. Dear brother of Martha Melcher, Pelchie Hotchkiss, Helen Laing, Dorothy (Henry) Hintz, Laury (Irene), the late Theresa Berg, the late Cliff, the late Bernice Lyga, the late Ed and the late Al. Further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial Friday 11 am at St. Alphonsus Church (6060 W. Loomis Road, Greendale). Visitation Friday 9-10:45 am at the church. Private interment. Roy was the director of pharmacy at St. Anthony and Trinity Memorial Hospitals, a staff pharmacist at West Allis Memorial and Family Health and a member of FRATERS. He proudly served his country in the Army as a 2nd Lieutenant and was a third degree member and officer of the Knights of Columbus Trinity Council #4580. As an alumnus of the University of Wisconsin he was a true Badger fan. He enjoyed music, golf, bowling, playing cards and was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals.
