Ronald L. Michael

Michael, Ronald L. At age 71, passed away unexpectedly, Monday, May 28, 2012, at home. He was born on February 26, 1941, in Waverly, Iowa ; son of the late Leo and Ruth (nee Graening) Michael. Most of his childhood was spent in Chicago , IL and then in Alma Center , 1955-1959, where he graduated from high school. He worked for Allis Chalmers in Milwaukee , before he began his 40 year career as an insurance agent for State Farm Insurance in West Allis , WI . He is survived by his wife of 15 years Irene Michael, Franklin; his children, Lisa (Michael) Boerschinger, Waukesha; Cindy (Scott) Scheu, Burlington; step-children, Robert (Sue) Isler, Tigard, OR; Gretchen (William) Baldus, Naples, FL; grandchildren, Mark, Rachel, Zhenya, Maxim, and Alisa. He is further survived by his sister Virginia Bock, Black River Falls ; and nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by a sister in infancy. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to the Wisconsin Parkinson Association. Friends and family may gather at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home on Friday, June 8, 2012, from 11 AM until the time of service at 1 PM.
