Ronald John Klinkert

Age 70, passed away on December 28, 2019 from Glioblastoma. Dear husband of Lynn for 34 years. Loving father of Jonathan Klinkert and Tracy (Alex) Warmka. Proud grandfather of Sophie, Hannah, Ben, Ella and Adeline. Beloved son of William and Grace Klinkert. Cherished brother of Kathy Klinkert, Marilyn (Randy) Hamilton, Sandy (Jerry) Norman and Gail (Richard) Thiede. Ron served in the Army during the Vietnam War. The majority of his working years he spent working with insurance as an agency owner, and then for a large commercial property company. Visitation will be held at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday, January 7, 2020 from 4-7 PM. His funeral service will take place on Wednesday at Whitnall Park Lutheran Church (5847 Lilac Lane, Hales Corners, WI) at 9 AM. Burial to follow at Southern Wisconsin Veteran Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove, WI. In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Whitnall Park Lutheran Church or American Legion Post 434 in Oak Creek, WI. The family wishes to thank the staff at the VA, Froedtert Hospital and Aurora St. Luke's for all the care they provided to him for his brain cancer.
