Robert W. Buretta - Greendale
Passed away September 20th after a brief, but difficult battle with cancer. Rob is survived by his wife of 49 years, Beth, his son, Christopher, and grandson, Lincoln. Also survived by his sister, Barbara Engman, brothers-in-law, Mark and Peter Koerner. He is further survived by niece, Geri Engman, nephews, Adam Engman, Elia and Noah Koerner. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Rob’s chosen career was in sales and sales management which allowed him to do the thing he loved the most… talking to people.
He was at his happiest outside in nature. An avid tent camper, hiker, grill master, and epic campfire builder. He and Beth camped all over the United States and in many of the National Parks.
Rob and Beth were also lucky enough to travel throughout Europe pre-pandemic. Rob developed a special affinity for Paris and was able to visit twice.
When not traveling or camping, Rob would spend his time walking through the trails of his local park. He was also an avid weightlifter, home chef, and great fan of rummage sales.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Visitation will take place from 12-4PM until the time of service at 4:00 PM at Max A. Sass & Sons - Mission Hill Chapel (8910 W. Drexel Ave. Franklin, WI 53132)
