Dear brother of the late Frederick Jr. (Marsha), Carol (Larry) Ward, Susan (Michael) Cesar, Debbie Cesar and Mary (Thomas) Winter. Fond uncle of Brian (Liz) Ward, Craig (Jamie) and Kevin Cesar, Tony, Theresa, Troy and Tammy Cesar, Paul (Eva) and Michael Winter. Further survived by great nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Friday 4-8 pm and thereafter Saturday 9:30-10:30 am at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel.
