Rita E. Mueller

(nee Hodapp) was called to her Lord on March 29th at the age of 93. Born June 12, 1924 in Harlan, IA. Beloved wife of the late William J. Mueller. Preceded in death by brother Leo, sisters Alice, Cleta, Esther, Sr. Marie; survived by sister Marge. Beloved mother of the late Jim, Tom (Cheryl), Mary Volm (Don), Bob (Joann)(the late Kim), John (Stephanie), the late Joe, the late Helen Peters (Steve), Donald (Sherry), Ann (Gordon Goodban), Frank (Michelle), Steve (Jenny), Therese Postles (Dr. Jeff). Devoted grandmother to Kate, Alison, Paul; Ashley, Jenna; Kelly, Joel; Joe, Sam, Ave; Jessica; Chris, Amanda. Devoted great grandmother to Nathan, (brother on the way); Carson, Evelyn, Nora, Isaac; Abigail, Hazel; Abel; Lucy. She raised an incredible family and was proud of each and every one of them. She was selfless, had a heart of gold, loved to quilt and walk, was devoted to her faith, and brought peace and joy to everyone. Rita was also a School Sisters of St. Francis associate member. Visitation on Tuesday, April 10, 2018 from 9 AM to 10:15 AM at St. Lukes Catholic Church, 18000 W. Greenfield, Brookfield followed by a Mass at 10:30 AM.
