Rita B. Polcyn

Polcyn, Rita B."Grandma Rita" (Nee Stachowiak) Passed away peacefully on August 24, 2016 at the age of 90. Loving mother of Naomi (Cody) Zanow and Nancy Polcyn. Special grandma to Raymond (Kim) Kuklinski, Rachel (Patrick) Kernan and Christopher Polcyn. Great grandmother to Jeremy Kuklinski, Lily and Ruby Kernan. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her husband Richard Polcyn. The family extends a sincere thanks to the loving care givers at Clifden Court and Hometown Hospice for their exceptional care. A Memorial Visitation will be held at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL, Greenfield, WI on Thursday September 8, 2016 from 10 AM until time of Memorial Service at 11:30 AM. Private interment St. Adalbert Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Alzheimers Association would be appreciated.
