Richard "Rick" Blazek

Rick Blazek Passed away on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at the age of 75. Loving son of Bernice and the late Joseph Blazek. Dear brother of Ron (Sue) Blazek, the late Dan Blazek, Bruce (Jill) Blazek, and Jan (Mark) Scarce. Further survived by nieces and nephews, other loved relatives, and friends. Rick was a proud veteran of the US Air Force who served in the Vietnam War. In lieu of flowers, donations to Wisconsin Vietnam Veterans- Chapter One (P.O. Box 340481, Milwaukee, WI 53234-0481) in Rick's name would be appreciated. Visitation will be held at Max A. Sass & Sons-Greenridge Chapel (4747 S. 60th St., Greenfield) on Monday July 11 starting at 5PM until time of the service at 7PM. Private interment at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
