Richard G. Sulok

Sulok, Richard "Dick" Passed away surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, April 26, 2015 at age 70. Lovingly survived by his wife Kathy. Devoted father of Shannon (Brandon) Preiss and Kelly Sulok. Proud grandpa of Madison and Kayla. Beloved brother of Robert (Deanna) and Dennis (Brenda). Further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation will be held at the Max A. Sass and Sons Funeral Home on Thursday, April 30, 2015 from 4-8 PM. A vigil service will be held at 6:30 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, May 1, 2015 at St. Matthias Catholic Church (9306 W. Beloit Rd) at 12PM. Additional visitation will take place on Friday at the church from 10:30-11:45 AM. Burial with Full Military Honors will take place at Highland Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the U.S.O appreciated.
