Markowiak, Richard A. Passed away suddenly surrounded by his loving family on August 22, 2013 at the age of 44. Loving husband and best friend of Carrie (nee Galaszewski). Loving father of Samuel and Michael. Loved by his parents Gene and Karen Markowiak and parents-in-law Jerry and Pat Galaszewski. Fun loving brother of Ken (Kim) Markowiak, Linda Ladd, Geno Markowiak; and Colleen (Peter) Kulas and J.J. (Shelly) Galaszewski. Further survived by his loving companions Peanut and Heidi, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. Visitation on Monday, August 26, 2013 from 4 to 8pm at the MAX A. SASS & SONS GREENRIDGE CHAPEL with a 6:30 pm prayer service. Funeral Mass on Tuesday, August 27, 2013 10:30 am at ST. GREGORY THE GREAT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3160 S. 63rd Street.
