Zielke, Reuel S. Of Bay View. Was called home to the Lord on Friday, July 6, 2012 at the age of 56. Dear son of the late Walter C. and Dorothy L. (Nee Lohman) Zielke. Beloved brother of Meribeth Waldrop, Nancy (Donald) Keane, Joel (Karen) Zielke and Timothy Zielke. Proud uncle of Matthew Waldrop, Timothy, Jacqueline, Eileen, Mary Kathleen and Erin Zielke. Also survived by special relatives Edith Jensen, Marilyn Lohman, other family and numerous friends. Reuel was the Director of the Caledonian Scottish Dancers, German Fest Trachtenschau, member of Pomeranian Tanzdeel Freistadt, past board member of the International Institute of Wisconsin and past chairman of the Holiday Folk Fair. He was a honorary member of the St. Andrew's Society of Milwaukee, Adjunct Faculty at Brigham Young University, President of the National Folk Organization and feature writer for the German Folk Dancer. Reuel's accomplishments many, his friends global, and his unwavering character...admirable. The family invites you to appreciate his incredible life at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, 4-8PM. Funeral Service at The Lutheran Chapel of the Cross Church, (3353 S. Whitnall Ave. Milwaukee, WI 53207) on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 with visitation from 10AM until the time of service at 12Noon. Interment Good Hope Cemetery.
