Kwiatkowski, Raymond W. "Flowers" Age 95. Died peacefully on Thursday, February 12, 2009. Beloved husband of the late Sylvia(nee Blockowicz). Loving father of Michael(Marti) and Ron(Lynn). Dear grandpa of Peter(Sonia), Mark(Michelle), Andrew(Kelly), Jennifer(Mike)Stauber and Brian(Lisa). Proud great-grandpa of Anna, Jake, Joshua, Zachary, Natalie, Nicholas, Luke, Dominic and Keira. Brother of the late Irene Kwiatkowski and Lucille(Henry)Brocki. Further survived by other relatives and friends. Visitation at BLESSED SACRAMENT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 4005 W. Oklahoma Ave., on Tuesday, February 17 from 9-9:45 AM. Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Entombment at St. Adalbert Cemetery.
