Raymond N Jacobs

Jacobs, Raymond N. Passed away peacefully on November 13, 2012 at age 101. He is preceded in death by his wife Evelyn, brother Eugene and sister Delores. He is lovingly survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. He will be remembered and missed by all who knew him. The family would like to extend their thanks to the staff at Gables on the Pond and Vitas Hospice for the wonderful care they provided to Ray. Visitation at St. Mary Catholic Church (W4790 Cty Rd H in Fredonia) on Saturday, November 17, 2012 from 10:00 AM - 12:45 PM. A Funeral service will be held at 1 PM at the church.
