Ratsany “Monique” Vangsoulatda of Santa Rosa, CA passed away on January 30, 2021 at the age of 50. Loving mom of Nicholas. Soulmate of John Khathiya. Dear daughter of Bouathong and Mily. Cherished sister of John (Mony), Jack (Xuan) and the late Linda (Gerry). Further survived by nieces, nephews, and other loving relatives and friends. Monique was well loved by so many family and friends. She was remembered as a friendly, kind-hearted, loving, beautiful soul, whose smile, hugs, laughter, love of food and dance music, will forever be embedded in our memories. Visitation Saturday February 13, 2021 from 9:00am until 11:00am with a prayer service at 11:00am at the Max A. Sass & Sons Mission Hills Chapel. Interment at Good Hope Cemetery. CDC guidelines will be adhered to. Please wear a mask and respect social distancing. Seating will be limited. The service will be live-streamed on the tribute wall of Monique’s obituary on the funeral home website.
