Raquel C. Brown

Raquel C. Brown (nee Castillo) Born to Eternal Life on December 2, 2021 at the age of 73. Beloved wife of George for 46 years. Loving mami of Lisette Brown (Kevin Huber). Cherished sister of Genoveva (Fernando) Luna, Robert (Laura) Castillo, Roy (Jill) Castillo, Esmeralda (Fernando) Ortiz, Delta (Jeff) Naus, Linda (Rick) Barton, Delma Castillo, Rosario (Mike) Iraci. Preceded in death by mother and father Josefa and Vicente Castillo and her brothers Raul and Joel Castillo. Raquel will be missed by many other loving nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation Monday December 6, 2021 from 10until 12 pm with a prayer service at 12 pm at the Max A. Sass & Sons Greenridge Chapel. (Masks are encouraged but not required for those vaccinated). Interment Arlington Park Cemetery. A beautiful soul, one I have never seen has left us today. My mom was my best friend, my cheerleader. She was my problem solver just by giving me a hug or telling me that everything will be alright. She was always, and I mean always there for me. She brought light and joy into everyone’s life that met her. They are better off now having had my mom in their life. We were so lucky and blessed to have her in our lives. I already miss her so much. Love you mami forever and miss you tremendously.
