Kozik, Philip J. P. Born to eternal life July 26, 2007. Age 88 years. Beloved husband of Florence (nee Byczynski). Loving father of Carol (James) Laufenberg and Jeffrey (Margaret) Kozik. Loving grandfather of Jason (Jennifer) Laufenberg of Shreveport, LA, Nancy (David) Burkee of Beloit, WI, Sarah Laufenberg, Catherine Kozik, Christine Kozik, Robert Kozik and a future great-granddaughter. Dear brother-in-law of Agnes (the late Gerald) Maciolek and Eleanore (the late Ralph) Deja of Seminole, FL. Further survived by other relatives and many friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thurs. Aug. 2, 10 AM at BLESSED SACRAMENT CATHOLIC CHURCH, 3100 S. 41st ST. (PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH). Entombment St. Adalbert Cemetery. Philip retired from the Internal Revenue Service with over 30 years of service, and was a retired accountant for Sherwin Industries, Inc.
