Downing, Philip C. Found peace on January 8, 2016 at age 83. Lovingly survived by his wife Lucille. Beloved dad of Carol (Gary) Stencel and Diane (Craig Koch) Downing. Proud grandpa of Scott (Heather), Robert, Jeffrey (Jessie), Christopher (Jacki) and eight great grandchildren. Cherished brother of Florence Ramel and Linda Christensen. Philip served his country proudly during the Korean War. He retired from Allen Bradley and became a resident of Mesa, Arizona. Private services will be held. Max A. Sass and Sons
