Zientek Peter P "Pete" Born to eternal life Thursday, October 25, 2012. Age 85. Loving Husband of Irene (nee Idzikowski) for 61 years. Devoted father of Kathleen (Cliff) Lingafelt, Pauline (Mark) Kemp, Roger (Donna) Zientek, the late Joseph Zientek, Mark (Lisa) Zientek, John (Susan) Zientek, the late Christine Zientek (Brian Tesar), Charlene (Michael) Stefaniak, Colleen (Steve) Hammerer, Paul (Ana Maria) Zientek and Jeffrey Zientek (Helen Glynn). Further survived by brother Chester Zientek, sister, Lucille (Alfred) Kozelek, sisters-in-law Linda Zientek, Rita (Casimir) Janiszewski, Geraldine (Arnold) Sturomski, 25 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by his parents, many siblings, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law. Visitation at the funeral home Monday October 29, 4-8pm with 7pm vigil. Visitation at Blessed Sacrament Church, 3100 S. 41st Street, Tuesday October 30, 9-10am followed by a Mass of Christian burial at 10am. Burial at St. Adalbert Cemetery at 11:30 am, please meet at the cemetery entrance on 6th and Howard Ave. In lieu of flowers memorials appreciated to FRAXA Research Foundation, American Heart Association, Juvenile Diabetes Association or the American Cancer Society. Pete was a retiree of Allen Bradley after 41 years of service, a member of the Allen Bradley UE 111 Retirees Association, Blessed Sacrament Silver Dart Ball team, First Friday Club, an avid Packer Fan and Marquette University basketball fan.
