Pauline Reinick

Reinick, I. Pauline (nee Meeks) Died peacefully at her home December 13, 2016 aged 90 years. Beloved wife of the late Wallace "Wally" Reinick. Dear Mother of Danny (Jane), Darryl (Lynn) and Dallas Reinick. Grandmother of Gina Sparks, Angela, Lauren, Jordan, Morgan, Drake and Drew Reinick. Great Grandmother of Hailey and Nevin. Brother of Eldon Meeks of Anamosa, IA. Sister of the late Mildred B. Brown. Also survived by other relatives and friends. Born in Anamosa, IA Pauline was valedictorian at Council Bluffs School for the Deaf in Iowa, she also enjoyed playing volleyball and basketball there. As a stay-at-home Mom, she raised and loved her three boys dearly, always making them the primary focus in her life. Being raised on a farm in Iowa, she cared for the welfare of animals, but had a special love of cats which were innumerably visible in many forms in her home. She will be dearly missed by her family and those who knew her, as she was always positive and as sweet as they come. Private services will be held for the immediate family. Memorials, if so desired may be made to the Human Society or Wisconsin School for the Deaf.
