Regan, Patrick J. Born to life on January 2, 1941. Born to eternal life May 22, 2014. He met and married the love of his life, Darleene (Spring) in 1961. Together they created six beautiful children, Jonathon, Sherry Lewis, Cathy (Kenneth Sr.) Smith, Janet (Michael) Puffer, Christopher (Nadine), and Kimberly (Dave) Idell. Their love expanded to include their grandchildren Patrick, Kevin, Joshua, Emily, and John Paul Regan; Cynthia Habersat; Kenneth Jr., David, Abigail, and Elyzabeth Smith; Sean, Ryan, Tyler Chojnacki and Elizabeth Puffer; Lilly, Aydian, Isabelle Regan and Samantha Falstad; Alyxxandria, Ciara, Kadee, and Kane Idell. Additionally, four great-grandchildren Evelyn Habersat, Alister Chojnacki, Ezekiel Puffer and Dominic Regan. Pat is further survived by his sisters Violet Sanders and Dorothy Jorgenson; his brother Orville (Lois) Heimer; two special friends, David Clamares and Keri Thorson; and many other nieces, nephews, and friends. Patrick is proceeded in death by his birthparents, John and Mamie Regan; his parents, Edward and Ruby Heimer; his brothers, Edward and Kenney Heimer; his sister Ruth Burmeister; his granddaughter, Darleene McKayla Regan. Patrick will be remembered as a hard working provider, working multiple jobs simultaneously. He retired from Rexnord where he worked for more than 35 years. He also earned his real estate license to further supplement the family income. Patrick will further be remembered as a generous and faith-filled man. He was willing to give the shirt off his back for not only his immediate family but also anyone in need. He was the spiritual leader of the home introducing his true love to our heavenly mother, Mary. His faith enriched the structure of family values. It is with gratitude that we remember Dr. Michael VonRueden, Dr. David Grambow; Dr. Michael Keefe, Dr. Craig Schultz, and the entire staff of Columbia St. Mary's - Cancer Center in Milwaukee. Additionally, the wonderful staff of Vitas Home Hospice and Ruth Hospice Center. A celebration of Patrick's life will take place at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 27, 2014 beginning with a visitation from 10-11:30am with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30am. The Reverend William Burkett will preside, assisted by Deacon John Monday.
