Swan, Patricia (Nee Kasprzyk ). Joined her beloved husband Ellis (Al) in Heaven on March 30, 2015 at the age of 85. Loving mom of Linda (Russ) Szweda, Chris (Jerry) Belongie, Donna (Mark) Lenda and Maureen (Brian) Perszewski. Proud camping grandma of Matt and Adam Smith, Megan (Jacob) Miller, Josh Lenda and Nate Gotz (fiancee Katie Heyse). Great-grandma of Spencer Miller. Dear sister of Carl (Bev) and Ronnie (Rosie) Kasprzyk. Further survived by other relatives, friends, and neighbors at Marquette Manor. Visitation Monday 9:30-10:45 AM with a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM at Our Lady Queen of Peace (3222 S. 29th St.). Interment Arlington Park Cemetery. The family wishes to express their heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Wheaton Franciscan Home Hospice, especially Heather, for all of their loving care. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Making Strides (a Milwaukee charity for breast cancer awareness).
